By creating an account or using Goal Pilot AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. Use of the Service
Goal Pilot AI provides AI-generated goal planning, task suggestions, and productivity tracking. You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless authorised in writing.
- You are responsible for any content or data you submit to the app.
- You must not misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or interfere with its operation.
- You must comply with the terms of your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Billing under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account before the renewal date.
5. AI Content Disclaimer
Goal Pilot AI generates suggestions using automated models. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be treated as professional advice (medical, legal, or financial). You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI output.
6. Intellectual Property
The Goal Pilot AI brand, software, and design are the property of Ropixo. You retain ownership of the personal content you create within the app.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ropixo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.
